Market Value Adjustment

A market value adjustment will apply to withdrawals or surrenders during the first three years.

Free Withdrawal Allowance

During the first contract year, 10% of purchase payments may be withdrawn without an early withdrawal charge.After the first contract year, 10% of the account value as of the most recent contract anniversary may be withdrawn without an early withdrawal charge.In the event a cap falls below its bailout cap, early withdrawal charges will be waived.

Bailout Feature

For each indexed strategy, early withdrawal charges will be waived if the cap for that indexed strategy ever falls below its bailout rate

100% of purchase payments, plus interest credited daily at a minimum guaranteed rate, minus the account value multiplied by the applicable early withdrawal charge rate
