During the first contract year, 10% of purchase payments may be withdrawn without an early withdrawal charge or market value adjustment.After the first contract year, 10% of the account value as of the most recent contract anniversary may be withdrawn without an early withdrawal charge or market value adjustment.In the event a cap falls below its bailout cap, early withdrawal charges and market value adjustments will be waived

Bailout Feature

For each indexed strategy, early withdrawal charges and market value adjustments will be waived if the cap for that indexed strategy ever falls below its bailout rate

100% of purchase payments, plus interest credited daily at a minimum guaranteed rate, minus the account value multiplied by the applicable early withdrawal charge rate
