Did you know you can give your registered reps the flexibility to work with the marketing organization of their choice by completing our Broker/Dealer Master Agreement? Follow the simple steps below to get started!

Step 1. View our current lists to find out if your firm has completed the agreement.

• Fixed and fixed-indexed annuity list
• Registered index-linked annuity list  Please note, the Retail Broker/Dealers on this list have designated exclusive distribution for wholesaling our registered index-linked annuities. This may be different than their fixed-indexed annuity agreements.

Step 2. Not on the list yet? Please complete the necessary paperwork

• Agreement and supporting documentation for fixed and fixed-indexed annuities.
• Agreement and supporting documentation for registered index-linked annuities.

Step 3. Return the completed paperwork via fax to 513-361-5930.
